To use your certificate at Hotel 43 to pay for balances on a stay folio, guests are required to check-in to the hotel by placing an authorization hold on a credit or debit card and using Hotel 43 gift certificate as a form of payment at check-out.
1. About Your Card
This certificate is a prepaid certificate loaded with a specific amount of funds, redeemable to buy goods and services at Hotel 43 and toward Chandlers Steakhouse charges posted on a hotel room's folio only.
2. Using Your Card
You may use your card for purchases at Hotel 43. Merchant reserves the right to determine eligible purchasable items. Each time you use your certificate, you authorize us to reduce the value available on your certificate by the amount of the transaction. Your certificate cannot be (1) redeemed for any cash value (2) used to obtain cash in any transaction (3) used to exceed the balance of the funds available on your certificate. We may refuse to process any transaction that we believe may violate the terms of this Agreement. If you attempt to use the certificate when there are insufficient funds associated with it, the transaction will generally be declined, or the remaining funds will be redeemed leaving the transaction with a balance that you as the purchaser is responsible for.
