Q:Do you offer corporate rates or discounts?
A: Yes, Hotel 43 does offer negotiated rates for qualifying corporate travelers. At the time of your reservation, ask our reservation staff if your company currently has a negotiated rate established, or ask your company’s business travel department for the specific access code. If you are interested in a negotiated rate, our sales department would be happy to discuss pricing and contracting with you. Contact us at 208-342-4622.
Q: What is the minimum age to check in/stay at the hotel?
A: The minimum age to check in to the hotel is 18. As per Idaho state law, you must be 21 years old to order alcoholic beverages when placing a room service order or at Chandlers Steakhouse.
Q:What is your reservation guarantee/cancellation policy?
A:All reservations require a valid credit card in order to guarantee your room unless otherwise arranged as part of a contracted group block or master billing method. The hotel’s standard cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to your arrival date in order to avoid a penalty. Some reservation types may carry different guarantee, prepayment or cancellation policies and can be viewed in the rate details or on the details of your confirmation letter.
Q: What methods of guarantee do you accept for a reservation?
A: The following credit card types can be used to guarantee your reservation: American Express, Carte Blanche, JCB, Diner’s Club, Discover, MasterCard or VISA.
Q: Will my credit card be charged when I make a reservation?
A: No, your credit card will only be charged if booking a reservation type requiring pre-payment at time of booking. Upon arrival, our front desk staff will obtain a credit card authorization for anticipated charges during your stay, but you may switch to an alternate method at departure to pay for your stay.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: No, Hotel 43 has a no pet policy, with exceptions made for service animals for guests traveling with disabilities.
Q: Can I get an early check in, or request a late check out?
A: While we can’t guarantee that your room will be ready prior to our standard check in time of 4:00pm, we will absolutely do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us and advise of your requested early check in time and we will share your request with our front desk as they prepare for your arrival. Please inquire with our front desk staff regarding late check out availability on the morning of your departure.
Q: Do you honor the government per diem room rate? Do you offer military rates?
A: Hotel 43 does offer government room rates based on hotel availability. Please ask for the government per diem rate when making your reservation or check for the government rate online for availability at that time.
Q: Do you have an airport shuttle? How do I make arrangements to be picked up at the airport?
A: Yes, we offer a complimentary airport shuttle which is available beginning at 4:15 am until the last scheduled flight arriving in to Boise Airport, daily. There is no need to make advance reservations for shuttle arrangements. Upon your arrival at Boise Airport and all luggage picked up, please contact the hotel directly by calling 208-342-4622 and let us know you are at the airport. Proceed to the ‘Hotel shuttle/courtesy van pickup’ island location directly outside of the lower level baggage claim. Our van is a black shuttle van with Hotel 43 signage located along the side. When departing for the airport at the end of your stay, shuttles must be scheduled through the Front Desk, at least 20 minutes in advance.
Q: Do you offer specials & packages?
A: Yes, Hotel 43 offers a variety of specials & package offers, which can be found on our specials page. Additionally, we recommend that you sign up to receive advance access to limited time offers available throughout the year via email.

Q: Do you have a frequent stay program or loyalty program?
A: Yes! Hotel 43 is a member of Stash Hotel Rewards®, a collection of nearly 200+ hotels in the United States, Panama and the Caribbean. Earn points on qualifying room rates, plus other incidental charges during your stay at Hotel 43 and redeem them toward free stays at any member hotel.
Q: What parking options are available at the hotel? What is the charge for parking?
A: Hotel 43 offers 2 parking choices during your stay. On site self-parking access is available for all guests and Valet parking access is available at the front of the hotel. Self-parking and valet parking is available at a nightly rate of $15.
Q: What are the applicable hotel taxes?
A: The total tax rate applied to overnight guestrooms is 13% of each room rate. Please note that applicable taxes are subject to change.
Q: Is there a hotel services or resort fee?
A: No, Hotel 43 does not have any additional fees outside of your room rate and applicable taxes.
Q: Do you offer high speed wired & wireless internet access?
A: Only high speed wireless internet is available at Hotel 43. The hotel WiFi is complimentary.

Q: What are the hours for Metro Cafe?
A: Metro Cafe is open Wednesday - Friday from 6 - 11 am and Saturday and Sunday from 7 am - 12 pm.
Q:Do you offer 24-hour room service?
A: No, Hotel 43 does not offer 24-hour room service. You can order dinner from room service from 5:30 - 10 pm.
Q: What are the hours for Chandlers Steakhouse?
A: Chandlers Steakhouse is available seven days a week for dinner. Chandlers is open for dinner until from 4 - 10 pm Monday - Thursday, and Sunday. The hours for Chandlers on Friday and Saturday is from 4 - 12 am. Dinner is available through room service from Chandlers Steakhouse.
Q: Do you offer complimentary breakfast?
A: No, Hotel 43 does not have complimentary breakfast, but there is pre-made breakfast ready in the lobby at Metro Cafe for purchase.
Q: What are the hours of operation for the fitness center and how do I access it?
A: The fitness center on Hotel 43's property is open 24 hours a day. It is located across from the lobby in front of the valet parking station. Hotel 43 guests also have access to The Grove Fitness Club & Spa which is open from 5 am to 10 pm Monday - Friday and 8 am to 10 pm Saturday & Sunday. Check with the Front Desk to receive your access pass.
Q: What type of equipment does the fitness center offer? Is there a charge to use?
A: Both the fitness center and the Grove Fitness Club & Spa are free of charge for guests. The equipment in the fitness center onsite at hotel 43 includes treadmills, elliptical machines, cycling machines, and free weights. The equipment at the Grove's Fitness Club & Spa includes complimentary access to treadmills, elliptical machines, cycling machines, free weights, strength & resistance training, locker & changing rooms, indoor lap pool, hot tub and dry sauna during your stay. Additional fee-based services are offered including personal training sessions, massage therapy, manicure & pedicure services, and more.
Q: Where is the convention center in relation to the hotel?
A: The Boise Convention Center (also known as the Boise Centre), is located directly adjacent to Hotel 43 in the Grove Plaza. Boise Centre East will be on your left on the other side of CenturyLink Arena also located in the Grove Plaza.
