BOISE, IDAHO, OCTOBER 11, 2010 – Check in to Hotel 43 and you'll now be able to find a calming, new amenity: inner bliss, in the form of twice-weekly yoga classes.
"We're always looking for ways to improve the experience for guests at Hotel 43. Yoga classes just seemed like a natural fit," said Lisa Benjamin, general manager of Hotel 43.
The hour-long yoga classes, which are led by instructor Jessica P. Dean, are held Monday evenings at 6:30 pm and Wednesday mornings at 6:00 am. Yoga mats and props are provided, and students of all levels are welcome at the classes, which are free to Hotel 43 guests and $10 for drop-in participants.
"We wanted this to be open to the community as well. Whether you're a guest or a downtown neighbor, it's a great way to start your morning or wind down after a full day," said Benjamin, who said she is unaware of any other Boise lodging properties with a yoga offering.
Hotel 43, Boise' business boutique, has 112 rooms and is located in the heart of Boise's thriving downtown and arts culture district.
